During this sign up process you are enrolled in a $19 monthly admin fee auto payment. The credit card used for your kit purchase is marked as your default card on file, and your monthly $19 admin fee will be billed to that card on the first of each month. This is done for your convenience; you may change your default credit card on file, or un-enroll from auto-payments by logging into your dashboard and changing your information under “Edit Contact Info” and “Default Credit Card”

All kits sales are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned. The restocking fee is based on the MSRP, prior to any discounts. The purchaser is responsible for the cost associated for items that are open or not in the original packaging. This cost will be deducted from your refund once your package had been received back to our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund.
