Bedroom Kandi Boutique Consultant Program

No, you do not. Just because you don't have any experience doing home parties, it doesn't mean you won't have the opportunity if you want it. If you're creative, a self-starter, and willing to learn, you could be our next superstar! You simply must be over the age of 18.

Yes. Otherwise, how will you be able to show your party guests the wonderful products we carry? There are multiple starter kit options for you to choose from.

There are multiple starter kit options for you to choose from at different price levels, depending on your budget and what products you want to sell! You can always add more products to your kit later.

There is a monthly administrative fee of $19. This covers the cost of your Bedroom Kandi and Kandi Koated web pages, as well as your access to all the training resources and special support provided by our program!

It will be your job to book your parties. Start off with your friends and family. Use your social networks, etc. You will see your business grow if you stay consistent. We get a huge volume of online party leads which we are happy to share with our consultants who are 2 Star & higher. We have an automated party lead system which includes organizational tools for easy lead management in your consultant dashboard.

While this model originally existed as an in-home party experience because there is nothing like trying a product before you buy it, there are countless ways to get out there these days! Join vendor events, host online seminars, create engaging social content and more-- tailor your business to YOU!

This will vary because it's a commission-based business. You'll start off at 30% commission for parties and events, and 25% commission for website sales, with the potential to increase your commission rate. You are in control of how much money you will earn. Since you are your own boss, you have that flexibility -- if you want to earn more, simply book more parties and sponsor new team members. You are responsible for your own success!

When your customers pay for their orders at a party, you receive all payments that night. Later, you will submit the party online to Bedroom Kandi Boutique Parties and be charged your discounted purchase rate for those orders. Your profit (commission) stays in your pocket! Keep in mind that it can take a day or two for credit cards and checks to post to your bank account after they clear. Whenever you've earned a web commission, bonus or perk, you'll be paid by check or debit card in the following month.

No, you do not have to recruit. You may choose to recruit if you would like to create another stream of income, or if you enjoy a leadership role, but it is 100% optional.

You are not required to carry inventory! We want to make it easy for you. Not having to carry stock means none of your own money is tied up in inventory.

We add new products throughout the year, but we're pretty picky about quality and design so that you'll offer only the BEST product to your potential customers! New products are typically announced at our annual Convention.

No matter which kit you purchase, you have the option to sell both Bedroom Kandi and Kandi Koated products once enrolled in our Boutique Parties program! You can activate both a Bedroom Kandi and Kandi Koated personal webpage for your business, and choose to do parties for either or both.

No. Unlike many other party companies, there is no quota. Do a party once a month, once a week, or once a year! Of course, the more parties you book, the more you'll make. So whether this is what you do as your main source of income, something you do to supplement your current "J-O-B", or something you do for fun while making some extra money, it's entirely up to you.

No. We ship inventory from our warehouse once your orders are placed and paid. All of the discreetly packaged orders will ship directly to your host or the party guest themselves.

You are responsible for providing your host with the choice of one deeply discounted Host Item from the quarterly host catalog, should they wish to purchase it, as well as the 50% off discount for up to four items from the Bedroom Kandi catalog based on total party sales. These are subsidized by the company, at no cost to you as the consultant. Any additional rewards or incentives you wish to offer your Host are optional and at your discretion as the consultant.

We have approved logos, banners, signage, PDF sell sheets, infographics, social media graphics, and more. Consultants will have access to a vast library of helpful training and promotional tools in our BK KISS App.

No. We have a strict NO co-mingling policy. This means that you cannot represent Bedroom Kandi Boutique Parties, and another company, at the same party or event. Your Bedroom Kandi hosts and customers must be kept completely separate of your other business.

We understand that not every business is for everyone. If you find it may not be a fit for you right now, you are free to discontinue your Consultantship and keep the kit for yourself. Remember, the kit items are not allowed to be re-sold ... you'll just have to find enjoyment with them in your own bedroom!

Customer Care Questions

The best way to contact customer care is by filling out our contact form. If you wish to speak with someone directly, please call us at 1-866-678-4443 x1. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A customer care representative will get back to you within one to two business days.

Due to the nature of our products, once an item leaves our warehouse it is considered used, and therefore ineligible for return, refund or exchange due to health and safety concerns. Our staff is trained in all of our products and more than happy to help you select the right item for you, if you have any questions before purchasing, please direct them to us via our contact form. If you have made your purchase through one of our consultants, either through one of our Home Parties or on their replicated website, please direct all questions or concerns to your consultant.

If you believe your item is defective, and you are within the warranty period, please use our contact form, or the consultant you purchased from, to report the defect. We will require your order number (which your consultant will have if you purchased through them) and proceed to go through troubleshooting tips. If necessary, we will request your item back to the home office for testing and quality assurance. We will test your device within 14 business days of receiving the item. All returns for testing must include a completed Return Form, to avoid delays in processing.

If we find your item to be defective, and you are within the warranty period, we will send a replacement device at no cost to you. If we find the item to function as it should, we will ship it back to you at no cost.

If you are outside of the warranty period, we will not authorize replacements.The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage cause by accident, misuse, neglect or other use not in accordance with the manual. Specific warranty information for each product can be found in the items' user manual.

There is no need to register your warranty. The warranty begins on the purchase date so all you need to provide us with is your Proof of Purchase or Order Number.

Ordering & Payment (Web Customers)

You can order our products from our website via our secure and discreet online system. Every time you click "add to cart", you will have an opportunity to view your cart and you may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your selections, you will then be prompted to create a customer ID and password or if you are returning registered customer, you will be prompted to sign in using your customer ID and password.

Your online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Ordering through our web site with a credit card is as secure as using your credit card in any retail store.

We require you to create an account so that you can have access to your order history and tracking information for orders shipped.

No! Bedroom Kandi does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list we will use your information for Bedroom Kandi updates only. We hate receiving spam so we will not send it to you!

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

When you place an order, our system sends an initial ‘Authorization Hold’ request to your bank institution, which holds the funds required for the purchase. Funds are not collected until we have processed and shipped your order, at which time we request the funds to be 'Capture’. Once the fund have been 'Captured' the 'Authorization Hold' will be released by your bank institution. This is standard operating procedure for online transactions, though it may appear twice on your account, the funds are only deducted once.

We also accept payment via Paypal for web orders. Just click on the yellow PayPal button located at the bottom of your shopping cart. We do not accept prepaid cards or gift cards.

Your purchase will appear as a charge from "Kandi Boutique Parties"

No. We only store your credit card information if you request it during check out, or if you update it on your Bedroom Kandi account profile.

No. We operate out of New Hampshire and are not required to collect sales tax.


We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box sent via UPS or USPS. We ship using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from Suki, LLC.

All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center located in New Hampshire, USA.

We ship out all orders within 3-4 business days after order receipt.Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update detailed tracking information from the date of your item shipment notification. This notification is sent via e-mail. Note orders may be processed on dates USPS is closed, however those dates are not counted as a transit date.

When your order is processed and packaged you will receive a confirmation shipping email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update detailed tracking information once you receive your confirmation email. Please check your spam file for this email, as it can sometimes be filtered accidentally. If you have not received your confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order please use the Contact Us drop down.

Yes we do! We ship internationally but there are some countries that we are unable to ship to due to the customs laws there. If you don’t see your country as an option, it’s because we are unable to ship there.

The order recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable in the country of delivery.

Yes! We are able to ship to addresses with a PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.

1. Please allow 3 business days after the expected delivery date in the tracking information before contacting the Consultant you purchased from or the corporate office.

2. Contact either your Consultant or the Corporate office if you purchased online, and report your missing package using the drop down Contact Us Form.

3. Once reported, corporate will file a claim with USPS or UPS and reship your package ASAP!

*Please contact us or your Consultant within 30 days of expected delivery date, otherwise the package will be considered delivered in full.


All of our massagers are made out of premium grade hypoallergenic non-toxic, non-porous ABS plastic and silicone and are latex and phthalate free.

Bedroom Kandi massagers are shipped with a small amount of charge on them but they will need to be charged for 2+ hours before use.

Oops! It sounds like your batteries are in backwards! Try removing the batteries and flipping them around. Screw the cap back on and hold down the power button for 3-4 seconds.

Most of our massagers are powered on by holding down the power button for 3-4 long seconds, by counting 1-1000, 2-1000, 3-1000 etc. Our products will not operate while they are plugged in to the charger!

Hosting a Party

Bedroom Kandi parties are FREE! Have a fun night with your friends and learn something new, when you invite a Bedroom Kandi Consultant to join you!

When you host a party with Bedroom Kandi, you can earn fabulous discounts on your favorite products! During this fun get together, you’ll also learn about sexual health, wellness and self-care. Alternatively, if you host a Kandi Koated party, you have a great opportunity to get beautified with all your friends!

Everyone! Seriously, at Bedroom Kandi, everyone (provided they are over 18 years of age) is welcome -- women and men are welcome both at our parties, and as consultants!

Sorry, but that's a firm No. Due to the nature of Bedroom Kandi parties and our products, we have a strict no minors policy, with no one under the age of 18 allowed on the premises during a party. It's a good time to call up a babysitter!

Yes; your guests can contact the consultant to place an order, or they can shop through the Consultant's website with the Party ID #. Be sure to add the Party ID at the last step of checking out, so you get credit for their purchase!

No! We can make a Bedroom Kandi party happen anywhere! Your Consultant will be your guide.
