I’ve had this nearly a year and JUST realized that the down arrow makes the smaller “tongue” or “rabbit” piece vibrate separately from the rest LOL. That’s what I get for never reading the instructions for anything. I was beyond satisfied with my purchase before that discovery though so now I am incredibly glad I made the choice to purchase. definitely a great price point for the quality in my opinion as well.
