These are amazing. I naturally did kegels before adding these weights, but you can immediately notice the difference with them in. You truly feel your muscles at work even with the lowest weight, therefore, I recommend for that purpose alone. Now if you're looking to enhance pleasure when orgasming, play a few time while "wearing" these. That feeling though, sis.....it's gone do something to you and your man will notice too. You might need the Jaws of Lide to pry yourself off him.

I love these kegel weights! They were bought for me & I absolutely like to use them for both pleasure & kegel exercises. I’ve also experienced allergic reactions to other silicone products but not this since I’ve had them.
